Our production is based in Haiti, while our online boutique’s storage is in Miami, which helps us serve you better and reduce shipping costs. Orders placed on www.vevecollections.com are delivered within 5 days. Please note that delivery times may be longer during holidays and weekends due to courier restrictions.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return the item within 10 days of receipt. Returns are accepted only for products that are damaged or incorrect upon delivery. Keep your shipping receipt; upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we’ll process the refund using the original payment method.

Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our policy lasts 30 days from the purchase date. If 30 days have gone by, we can’t offer a refund but will accept exchanges for an item of equal value.

Refunds

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in the condition you received them, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm receipt and notify you of the refund decision.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a specified number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, recheck your bank account, contact your credit card company, and then your bank, as there may be processing delays. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at vevecollections@gmail.com.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items only, for another item of the same value. Return the product to: VeVe Collections Company at (10 N.E 69 STREET MIAMI FLA, 33138). Keep your shipping receipt; upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we’ll process the exchange using the original payment method.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the giver had the order shipped to themselves, we’ll refund the gift giver, who will be notified about your return.

Shipping Returns

Return your product to: VEVE Collections, 10 N.E 69 street, Miami Fla, 33138. You are responsible for your own shipping costs for returns, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it. Shipping times for exchanged products may vary based on your location. For valuable items, consider using a trackable shipping service or buying shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
