The Designer’s Journal offers a personal view into the creative world of Phelicia Dell and the ideas that shape the House of VèVè. It is a space for reflections on art, culture, materials, travel, symbolism, and the emotional experiences that inspire new collections.
MEN POU DEMEN: EMPOWERING HAITI’S NEXT GENERATION THROUGH ART
Haiti has always been a nation of extraordinary creative expression. Its painters, sculptors, musicians, dancers, writers, designers, and artisans have shaped a cultural landscape filled with color, symbolism, rhythm, imagination, and resilience. Art exists not only within galleries, but also within architecture, metalwork, textiles, music, ceremonies, public spaces, and everyday life.
