What is the House of VèVè?
The House of VèVè is a luxury fashion house founded by designer and artist Phelicia Dell. Our collections celebrate exceptional craftsmanship, timeless design, and the artistic heritage of Haiti through handbags, leather goods, apparel, accessories, and collectible creations.
Where are your products made?
Our creations are produced using carefully selected materials and skilled craftsmanship. Depending on the collection, products may be handcrafted by trusted artisans or manufactured in collaboration with specialized production partners while maintaining the quality standards of the House of VèVè.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet entered production or shipment, our Client Care team will do their best to accommodate your request. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
How can I check my order status?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If you need further assistance, please contact our Client Care team.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. The House of VèVè proudly serves clients a few International countries . International shipping times vary depending on destination and customs processing.
Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes?

What is your return policy?
Eligible items may be returned within the return period outlined in our Returns & Exchanges Policy, provided they meet all return to exchange requirements.
Are made-to-order items returnable?
No. Bespoke, personalized, and made-to-order creations are considered final sale unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Are your handbags made from genuine leather?
Most of our collections are handcrafted with special vintage fabrics and designer textiles. Our leather collections are crafted using premium full-grain leather and other carefully selected materials that meet our standards for quality, durability, and craftsmanship.
Why may my product look slightly different from the website photos?
Many House of VèVè creations are handcrafted. Slight variations in color, texture, stitching, or finish are natural characteristics that make each piece unique.
How do I know my product is authentic?
Every authentic House of VèVè creation includes a Certificate of Authenticity and is sold through our official sales channels or authorized partners.
