OUR COMMITMENT TO QUALITY
Every House of VèVè creation is crafted with exceptional attention to detail using carefully selected materials and skilled craftsmanship.
We proudly stand behind the quality of our products and are pleased to offer this Limited Warranty for eligible purchases made through the House of VèVè or our authorized sales partners.
WARRANTY COVERAGE
The House of VèVè Limited Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for one (1) year from the original date of purchase, unless otherwise stated for a specific product.
Examples of covered issues may include:
- Defects in stitching resulting from manufacturing.
- Hardware failure caused by a manufacturing defect.
- Structural defects resulting from production.
- Material defects that were present at the time of manufacture.
If a covered defect is confirmed, the House of VèVè will determine, at its discretion, whether to:
- Repair the product.
- Replace the product with the same or a comparable item.
- Issue another appropriate remedy where repair or replacement is not possible.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
These characteristics are considered part of the natural aging process of handcrafted luxury products.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Scratches, scuffs, dents, or fading from regular use.
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, or improper storage.
- Exposure to water, chemicals, excessive heat, or direct sunlight.
- Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or alterations.
- Loss, theft, or accidental damage.
- Cosmetic changes that naturally occur over time, including the development of a fabric or a leather patina.
WARRANTY CLAIMS
To request warranty service, please contact our Client Care team and provide:
Additional information may be requested to evaluate your claim.
- Your proof of purchase.
- Your Certificate of Authenticity (if applicable).
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photographs showing the product and the area of concern.
WARRANTY EVALUATION
Each warranty request is individually reviewed by our Client Care team.
If necessary, the product may need to be returned for inspection before a final determination is made.
Clients are encouraged not to attempt repairs before the product has been evaluated, as unauthorized repairs may void this Limited Warranty.
SHIPPING FOR WARRANTY SERVICE
Unless prohibited by applicable law or otherwise agreed by the House of VèVè, clients are responsible for shipping costs associated with sending products for warranty evaluation.
If the warranty claim is approved, the House of VèVè will advise the client regarding the return shipment of the repaired or replacement product.
LIMITATION OF WARRANTY
This Limited Warranty is provided only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable unless otherwise required by law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, this Limited Warranty is the exclusive warranty provided by the House of VèVè for covered products.
Nothing in this warranty limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
