CUSTOM, MADE-TO-ORDER & PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Many VèVè Collections products are created in limited quantities or made to order.

For custom, personalized, commissioned, or made-to-order products:

Production begins after payment is received.
Production timelines are estimates and may vary.
Custom orders are final sale and cannot be canceled once production begins.
Deposits for custom work are non-refundable.

Pre-order items will ship according to the estimated schedule provided at purchase.

SHIPPING

We ship domestically and internationally where available.

Estimated shipping times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed.

VèVè Collections is not responsible for delays caused by:

Shipping carriers
Customs processing
Weather events
Labor disputes
Force majeure events

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, or government charges imposed by their country.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
